Jared Suter
Jared Joined The RTR Group in 2003 as Production Operations Manager. He has worked in the Fiberglass
Composites Industry for 10 years. He holds a Certified Composites Technician (CCT) designation from the American Composites Manufacturing Association (ACMA).
Originally living in San Diego, California, he began his composites career at
Searay boats in Knoxville, TN. During his five year employment at SeaRay,
he worked all areas of lamination including: gel coat, lamination, bracing, liner installation, and part demolding.
Jared was responsible for training new employees in gel coat and lamination procedures. He was a key team member in training and implementation during SeaRay’s initial ISO 9000 certification.
Jared joined Watermark Paddle Sports (Dagger Kayaks)
in 1999 as Composites Production Supervisor. Watermark produces high-end competitive racing and sea kayaks under the brands
Dagger and Perception Kayaks. By the end of 2001, Jared was promoted to Manufacturing Manager and managed all aspects of composite kayak, recreational accessory production,
and thermoformed canoe production. Manufacturing methods included carbon, Kevlar, and carbon-Kevlar prepegs, wet layup vacuum bagging, RTM, and other manufacturing techniques. Jared was instrumental
in developing new production methods and documenting standardized operational procedures at Watermark.
Jared is currently working on plant flow design for the new manufacturing facility, which will go on line first quarter 2005.
Jared manages all aspects of manufacturing operations at The RTR Group. He has been involved in implementing standard maintenance procedures and scheduling
for all shop equipment and refining the composites manufacturing process. Jared brings a wealth of composite manufacturing experience to The RTR Group and
is eager to explore new methods in manufacturing and process flow.

Michelle Forchetti
Michelle Joined The RTR Group in October 2003.
She has 10 years of experience in the Pool and Spa Industry. Michelle holds a Certified Building Professional (CBP) Designation from The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP).
She is also a Certified Composite Technician (CCT) with the American Composites Manufacturing Association (ACMA).
Since 1993, Michelle has owned and operated a pool installation company in Atlanta, Ga. During that time, she participated in all aspects of the business
from retail floorplanning design to developing marketing campaigns for radio, television, and print.
Michelle was instrumental in the transformation of a small pool subcontracting business into a $1.2 million full-service retail organization by implementing effective business advertising, planning, sales and marketing.
Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the Trilogy team, particularly from the perspective of a pool retailer and builder. She understands the challenges facing builders in highly a competitive marketplace and can
effectively construct marketing strategies and customer service programs to succesfully meet these demands.
Michelle has been selling Trilogy Pools in a retail capacity for 3 years and is excited about being part of the core Trilogy Management team. She currently serves as the Southeastern Sale Manager including: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Jennifer VanderWeir
Jennifer joined the RTR Group in September of 2002.
Originally from Jacksonville Florida, Jennifer studied marketing at the University of North Florida.
Jennifer has been in the pool and spa business for over 13 years.
Her experience started on a solid foundation in manufacturing and then retail sales.
During that time she received an in-depth education of those aspects of the pool and spa industry.
The following 9 years of experience as Account Manager then Senior Account Manager in the southeast for ProTeam Products polished Jennifer’s abilities to assist her customers in almost all aspects of the pool and spa business.
Jennifer brings to the RTR Group an extensive knowledge of water chemistry, marketing and sales.
Jennifer is currently the Alabama Chapter President of the The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) and serves on the NSPI Region X Board of Directors.
She serves as the Southeastern Pool and Spa Expo (Region X Show) Chair for 2004 and 2005.
She will serve as the Southcentral Sale Manager including: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee.
